Chapters 6-11: (view spoiler)[ Madeleine is an interesting one. She's very sane for being in an insane asylum. Bruce seems to be both intrigued and drawn to her. I feel like this should not be a love connection though. Watch your back Bruce! (hide spoiler)]

I had to wait for almost 3 hours at urgent care this morning. I got through most of the book. Lol. It's really short too

I am. I've had ear issues since I was a kid and woke up yesterday with no hearing in my left ear. It didn't go away today so I went to the dr today. Just since everyone has the flu right now the wait time was horrible.

I don't think I've ever had the flu before. Tho I had a really nasty case of pneumonia once. That gave me a sinus infection yuck.

I also have to admit that I love Madeleine. She is so mysterious and sassy. She is like the highlight of this book. I mean I love it because it's Batman. But I love her too. (: I LOVE that he dreamt that he kissed her!

I thought maybe he'd have a secret crush on Di. But apparently not. Lol.

The detective is a douche and so was the warden. Like WHY did they need a jailbreak to see that Arkham was dangerous for him! Jeeze.

Now I can't wait for him to use that scrambler so he can see her again!

And Bruce brooding about them and doing stuff he shouldn’t and then being surprised when he gets into trouble. Alfred is still a badass, and then finally stuff starts happening chapters 19-20 I hope it keeps up. (hide spoiler)]

Hey Skye! I enjoyed this book! I think if you like Batman and/or Marie Lu you'd enjoy this novel. My only flaw is the plot seems kind of boring/filler like a little during the middle.
