Martha (marthais) | 11 comments First one down - The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle at 528 pages. My review is here, I gave it 4 stars, definitely check it out! It's published in the UK on 8th Feb

Martha (marthais) | 11 comments Second down - Small Great Things, 480 pages. A controversial one, and difficult to know how to rate, but I ultimately settled on 3.5 stars rounded up to 4. Interested to know of anyone's thoughts if you've read it!

Martha (marthais) | 11 comments Third down - Feel Free, a collection of essays by Zadie Smith, another 480 pager. I had mixed feelings about it so gave it three stars. I love her style of writing but some of the subject matter was a bit too intellectual for me.
