Krista | 18 comments I am so excited to be taking on a reading challenge. I have decided to read 3650 pages each in fiction and non-fiction. This should be around 24 books this year. I also will be starting college full time, and I think this will be a good respite from textbooks.

Thanks, I finally got some reading in. I need to figure out how to calculate my pages read on my Kindle, since it shows locations not pages.

Alicia (karalena) | 238 comments some books on kindle do show pages but what I do is I go by the number of pages Goodreads says the book has.

Blagica | 11916 comments A book is a dream that you hold in your hand. I hope that April brings you many more five star reads. when you pick your book select Kindle and it will give you a page.

Krista | 18 comments I am so happy it is now nice outside. My favorite reading place has always been outside, I have been on my balcony reading for at least hour daily this week.

It has been cold and rainy here in the Netherlands... Looks like this weekend is going to be very nice so hopefully it’ll be balcony-reading-time 😊 Love to read outside too!

Krista | 18 comments I think I am maybe on a roll - LOL. I have read some good page turners finally - I am at 890 pages for Non- Fiction, 100 pages for fiction. Going to tackle more fiction! So 2,760 Non- Fiction and 3,550 for Fiction needed this year yet.

message 15: by Krista (new)

Krista | 18 comments I burned through an easy to read, but very good book in two days - 432 pages more in Fiction. 3118 in fiction to go.

Blagica | 11916 comments awesome job!

Krista | 18 comments Well my Kindle, and my reading habit died in July - but thanks to some borrowed books I am still doing some reading. I just finished Fahrenheit 451 - never before have I devoured a classic like this one. So relevant to this day! Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury 249 pages - 2869 left to go. Likely won't meet my goal this year, but you never know! I also have rediscovered my love of losing myself in a good book!

So sorry about your Kindle, but happy to read that you rediscovered your love of losing yourself in a good book! There's nothing better :))

As to your goal, you never know. It often depends on the books you pick up, some books are such fast reads!
Wishing you the best of luck these last 4 months Krista!
