LOL, yeah I enlarged to see if I was seeing what I thought I was. Looks like it is tucked into his breaches.

I am going to second this one. I read a couple of reviews, and I have never read this author. Seems to be one of those must reads in HRs.

Andrea AKA Catsos Person (catsosperson) | 1635 comments I nominate More Than a Mistress by Mary Balogh.

The H sort of forces the h into employment as his nurse, but he’s a pain in the neck!

I read this pre-GR, but I’ll read it again.

I've read this one too and really liked it. I recommend it, even it doesn't win the vote here. One of Mary Balogh's better books.

Jan (jan130) | 1962 comments Oh. Looking at the list, I saw Hummingbird Hummingbird by LaVyrle Spencer

I'm happy to nominate that. I wouldn't mind a reread. Yeah it's an oldie, but a goodie. I would like to see more HR lovers discover the goodness that is LaVyrle Spencer. She's not very high profile now as she retired from writing in 1997 after Then Came Heaven Then Came Heaven by LaVyrle Spencer

But I reread a couple of hers last year, and they still stand the test of time. And Hummingbird is a beautiful romance.
