done - seems odd there is no ebook for this

Post-holidays I've had time to dig deeper to see if I could find an ebook edition. But there doesn't seem to be one. There is no info on the author's web site about other formats than Kindle and printed-on-paper editions. So my hunt had to end empty handed regarding ebook info.
