scavengerhunt

Each month we will give you a list of 50 themed words to find in your books.

There is no limit to how many words you can get per book.

For each word please post a link to the book, the author, the date you finished it, plus the page number/location and sentence where you found the word.

EXAMPLE -
Apple - A Touch of Ice - L.J. Charles (1/10/16)
I had a weakness for apple pie, heavy on the cinnamon... (loc. 245)

Any genre/format is fine.
Re-reads are OK.
No page minimum.
To count a book towards the challenge you must read the majority of it after the start date of the challenge.

At the end of the month please re-post your whole challenge as a new message so that we can award your Hall of Fame badge!

(Even if you don't hit the level you were aiming for, you can still claim a badge for the words you did get.)

The Dark Ones by Rachel Van Dyken 1/2/18
Brave Page 2
you are stupid, you aren't brave , you are nothing.
Drive Page 202b
Cassius was irritated that we had to drive, but not everyone could simply appear out of thin air.
Dust Page 13
Pieces of dust flew into the air.
Exhausted Page 104
An hour later, and I was in bed, too exhausted to sleep.
Experience Page 93
Love, in all my experience, was just- selfishness wrapped in a pretty little bow.
Invasion Page 161
"Are you saying you miss my invasion sweet?"
Jealous Page 66
Immortals were the jealous beings on the planet.
Leather Page 8
Dark brown hair was pulled back into a low ponytail, and had a leather bomber jacket on.
Nature Page 3
My sarcastic nature didn't help things.
Nuisance Page 14
To them, we weren't victims. Just nuisances they put up with.
Pride Page 97
Male pride roared in my chest.
Quick Page 14
I gave a quick nod, wringing my hands together.
Range Page 135
"...but we both know I have a wide range of tastes."
Visible Page 189
His feathers were now fully visible; pieces of every color of the rainbow shimmered from the large wings,
Wild Page 76
Won't that drive Ethan absolutely wild.
