Depending on the accent certain regions are difficult to understand for me too. It's fun to see similar words being used in both languages. I like the dictionary feature on the e-reader to find out the roots of certain words. I rely on French when trying to understand Spanish or Italian. Not always with great results :p

French..I learnt in school in England. I also know some Italian...which I learnt later...but was very easy to pick up with my French...and I know quite a bit of Latin as well....from music and medical knowledge :)

I spent the past 2 days getting ready to start classes this week. I think I forgot to update on Sat too.

I did finish Shattered Valor and Honor Unraveled in the last coupe of days.

I am also not at home for the next 2 weeks so I will have spotty access to Internet, mostly only by phone so it is harder to deal with long posts.
