Yup! Though there are some 'darker' books on my list, I was def thinking of something like Riyria would be great for a binge :)

I've been reading Blade Itself for two weeks. I really like it, but I feel like my reading life is suffering because of it lol.

Lena Finished Kingdom of Needle and Bone by Mira Grant ★★★★★

message 4218: by Petrik (new)

Petrik (petrikleo) | 1546 comments I'm giving up on Malazan Empire. 25% through Return of the Crimson Guard and I would rather read Uprooted than continue through this piece of crap; just awful, clunky. Esslemont seems like he's trying to be like Erikson in this installment, which made his writing and storytelling even worse.

Do you plan on reading Legends of the First Empire?

message 4247: by Mel (new)

Mel | 2367 comments Yes, I'm definitely joining in on the Age of Myth BR! I enjoyed Revelations and Chronicles, so I'm excited there are more books to continue bingeing. In the meantime I'm palate-cleansing with some sci-fi. I've been meaning to read Ann Leckie's Provenance since I loved her Ancillary series.
