I just flooded this thread with 30 minutes of WoW responses... and nobody was around to break up my walls of text...
Iain wrote: "I just flooded this thread with 30 minutes of WoW responses... and nobody was around to break up my walls of text..."We're here with you in spirit buddy! lol I'm actually taking my druid through the paces and doing the assault on the Legion. So hop on WoW, we can chat there ;-) I have a vent server that you can use, just send me an in game tell.

I can't really use headphones at the moment... I use too many USB peripherals, and static in my apartment last winter has caused problems with my computer... I kept causing the TV monitor to blink out until I figured out the problem and got a humidifier... last time I connected my headphones, I couldn't get them to register correctly in the last open USB port... sometimes I have problems connecting my Kindle/phone to add ebooks/audio as well...
It's about time for a computer upgrade anyway (6 years) but Graphics cards are so expensive in this BitCoin farming world we live in... but a quick google search shows prices might be stabilizing, and I can build my new rig soon...

I've got it :) And with the cool equip bonus (fish form underwater, walking on water, etc.) :D
I just need to get out the to secret island... there's almost always a raid actively fishing... teamwork gets it in a day or so, I think...
Yeah, it's quite fast with that. I just snatched 10 min here and there. I'm thinking it would go well with an audiobook xD
Virginie wrote: "Yeah, it's quite fast with that. I just snatched 10 min here and there. I'm thinking it would go well with an audiobook xD"Oh yes, if I am doing braindead activities on WoW, I always put an audiobook on!
I have been away from WoW now for almost 3 months and I am itching to resume playing. Itching.

I've read and loved the first two books but still need to get to the third one. Glad to hear it ends strongly.
Does anyone have suggestions for a book that meets the following criteria?read a book with a planned (or executed) genocide/mass extinction, or with multiple dead bodies/people being killed on the cover.
Preferably something not super long since I have to get it read by the end of the month and I still have Malazan's House of Chains coming up.

That's really hard. The only thing that came to my mind is Sanderson's Well of Ascension and Mark Lawrence Broken Empire (All three book fit the criteria and are short)

I think most Riyria-related books count... humans are anti-elf in Riyria Revelations... elves are anti-human in Legends of the First Empire...

None of Riyria books have the cover art that she's looking for though. Or does she mean one way or the other?
Well of Ascension, I've read (and a reminder to me that I still have to read Hero of Ages) but not any of the other suggestions.

Hero of Ages actually works... I just remembered... I don't remember a genocide in Hero of Ages... oh wait... (view spoiler)

Feed? it's more zombie disease than people exterminating a race though. Does that count|?Oh wait it doesn't.
Hmm. I should have something here...

Nine Goblins is more mass murder than mass extinction or genocide. At this point I should give up and admit to not really comprehending the requirements, so I will do so.

Feed has a very impressive body count.

@Petrik: I implemented the amelioration Iain and I devised in your spreadsheet. You can now enter your challenge infos directly into the 'Challenge?' column (instead of entering "y" and then the informations in another cell).Anything other than an empty cell or "n" will trigger the challenge bonus points.

Thank you so much, it was getting annoying to keep on scrolling to the right just to put my challenges xD

Old-school dungeons, that were hard, were a blessing and a curse... I did a bunch of legion dungeons recently, to clear the quests out of my log, and went in with no knowledge of the fights... this late in the expac it doesn't matter much, and DBM picks up the slack, but you run into so many types of players, and you just zerg everywhere... most times it isn't a problem, but sometimes you get real a$$holes... like this Demon Hunter tank in Eye of Azshara who used his double-jump glide to get up the 4th boss alone, getting some of the party killed for trying to go around the long way without a tank... I called him on it and was rewarded with some slurs for not being happy with the free ride, since he solo'd the boss over 5-10 minutes...
