:-) Miche and to you too for all the points you have made so far this year...I haven't been around to encourage everyone like you do, bcuz for the longest time I didn't even notice how this thread had morphed + I have a Jalan Kendeth chromosome, so consider this an umbrella comment.@Virginie, I liked it a lot.
The last Part 3 lifted the book to a whole new level. I wish it'd been longer.
Ima go leave a more detailed comment abt this, gal, but on the relevant book thread.

Absolutely brilliant book for Bloody Rose, finished it in less than 48 hours.
Also, by the end of this month I'm going to make an announcement on my status update reading wise but I want to let everyone in this group knows first that I know have a Twitter account: @PetrikReadsFollow me there if you one so I can follow you back!
Another being that I'm going to quit writing review for Booknest at the end of this month and start my own blog with my close friend. Aristea probably know why I finally quit Booknest. xD
@Petrik: Good luck with your blog :)Be sure to give us the adress! I'll follow updates from you TBR Demon like my life depends on it ;)

Other book website having problems?... People in the Feedback threads I follow have been exploring FictFact and book cataloging software, as alternatives to Goodreads as Goodreads keeps updating their layout in unhelpful ways...
And good luck on the blog...

Thank you @lain @ Miche! Haha yeah, it's not easy to have a joint blog. You'll have to be able to cooperate and it's almost impossible to do in my group. I've been pushing the blog forward for a long time though. If any one of you buy A Time of Dread hardcover, you can see my review in the back! :D probably will be in the sequels too but yeah, it's about time for me to move on and create my own.
Oh wow, now I'm curious about the booknest drama that's compelling you to leave. I think a self-run blog is perfect for you - I'm really excited to see it! Very cool, Petrik. :) lmk if I can help with anything.

I'll probably message you a compilation of all the things that happened so you'll know just how bad it was xD I'll take you up on that offer! I love your blog, so damn organized!
Yeah I'd love to hear haha. And thank you - it took like 4 years of messing with it to get to that point, so if I can save you time with some "hacks" I totally will lol.
Petrik wrote: "Thank you @lain @ Miche! Haha yeah, it's not easy to have a joint blog. Now I've got 0 experience with blogs so I can't give you advises but if you ever need help with Excel, I'm your gal ^_^

So you're not just making me add books to my TBR, now you make me want to buy hardcovers? YOU'RE A DEMON! 😂
I wonder if I should express an opinion about Booknest. It was tough for me and I lasted a lot less than you did. Not the type of environment I like to be in. @Petrik, I think you will be happier. Independence is helpful. Not to mention that you made a name for yourself in the book review community! I think you will be more than fine!
Cool on ya, Miche and Petrik. Miche I left a msg on one of you status updates...@Petrik, all the best for your new blog. Hope it goes great. It is such fun starting something new. And I agree with Aristea, you gonna be A-ok...bcuz your reviews are very good...always enjoyable and well-crafted.
EDIT...hehehe ok I saw it now....TBR demom.
Zaara Gut Siscourator wrote: "Miche I left a msg on one of you status updates..."I answered at the status. Did you get the notification?
I only read the first novella and returned the book to the library. I don't plan on reading the other two novellas in the near future. :(

Thank you, Aristea! It's a tough environment, a lot of stuff doesn't sit well with me, I just don't like it. But I'll stop from talking about it. xD Anyway, I'll let you guys know when the blog is up. Thank you so much, came up with a name already just need to make the logo first now! :D

Thank you, Zaara. that's really kind of you! :)
Ok Miche. Now I will cunningly go and chk @Lannister's shelves bcuz he is my GRRM fallback dude...but if he's already read it then I'm stymied. Well saved, actually...seeing as I am behind on my current BRs.
@Petrik see :-) we are all with ye...be of stout heart...
You read three books in a week! Without audio 😱 You are the TBR Demon! I always enjoyed you reviews from the beginning. Heck, you one of the earliest ppl I found on FBR.
You are ten feet tall in all our eyes.
Nothing can stop youuuuzz...certainly not something you already walked away from...
*fist bump*
@Lena...nice work! That's almost got you at a book a day as well. Audiophile???

I will ask your help for Excel! xD Seems like you're a master at that. I'm still pondering whether to let you tamper with my excel or not.... HMMM..
C'mon buy the hardcover! You can be proud and say "hey i know this guy! he's on my Fluffer team!" xD
Petrik wrote: "I will ask your help for Excel! xD Seems like you're a master at that. I'm still pondering whether to let you tamper with my excel or not.... HMMM.."Oh, please, please, please, let me, LET MEEEEEEE! xD
I won't go overboard, and I'll respect any color scheme you want! Just let me temper with your scoresheet, dammit! 😁

Do I need to read The Faithful and the Fallen before A Time Of Dread?

Urm okayyy go ahead, if it means that much to you. I'll see the result later and let you know how happy I am with it! xD
Imo yes, people will tell you it's okay to start with Dread, but it would give you major spoilers on The Faithful and the Fallen.
Petrik wrote: "Urm okayyy go ahead, if it means that much to you. I'll see the result later and let you know how happy I am with it! xD"YAAAY! It makes me irrationally happy :O
I think something's wrong with me...

I see, thanks! I indeed read that the new series stands on its own. I would hate to read it and then discover it spoiled the ending of F&tF...
All done :)I added monthly stats (with a nice % of fantasy books :p) and a few other things. I went for a dark blue/grey theme since I didn't know what colors you like. Tell me if you want something in particular (especially a color scheme) and I'll make the change :)
