I'll take those cheers. I'll add them to the rounds of birthday drinks I'm planning on consuming tonight. 🍸🍹🍷
Oh! Thanks for saying something. Happy Birthday Diana!!!! (Belated) I hope your celebration is awesome! :D

Woohh so awesome you three!I'll add a little point tonight for Royal Assassin. Had been really busy with work these days that I'm not progressing as fast as I want to xD
Happy birthday, Diana! Hope it was awesome.I'm working on finishing a couple of books so will be updating soon. I guess I prefer to do it in batches. :-)

Thank you! It was pretty great. Filled with family and friends.
Update: you do not have to keep any sort of tracking on this thread in your reserved comment boxes unless you want to. :) I think the spreadsheet survived its trial run and we're good to just keep using that. I'll probably still keep mine, but wont update it as often as the spreadsheet.
So I finished my first week of my page challenge, and I think I forgot to take into account YA reads when setting my goal for 200. Anytime I pick up one of those, it's like a day or so of effort for 300 pages. When I'm reading robust fantasy novels (which is my current jam), a concerted "make more time to read" effort from me amounts to about 150 pages a day. I'm going to shoot for that this next week. :)
Niki's Page Challenge [1]
Monday: 153/153
Tuesday: 155/308
Wednesday: 144/449
Thursday: 80/529
Friday: 225/749
Saturday: 334/1083
Sunday: 179/1262
It has been low-pressure, yet fun so far, so I'm going to keep doing it. :) Already I've reduced the amount of time I spend on this inane farming app by like 50% lol.

Also, I too am spending way less time on my Township app since I'm using my bus commute time to read now lol

I just updated my spreadsheet tab with the four books I've finished, so another 23.4 points added to the team per the spreadsheet's math magic.

A small point :p

It's really good! Short too, give it a go, Niki. I'm actually struggling with Assassin Quest that i had to take a break from it. Some parts are ridiculously boring
Veronica wrote: "I just want to know what a Piebald Prince is, lol."Not gonna lie, Hobb's way of naming can be so weirdly hilarious. One character was called Molly Nosegay/Nosebleed that i facepalmed myself.
I remember the long winded parts for sure.
I've owned that short story for years but never seem to make time for it. I'm thrilled you liked it. :)

Ooh! Petrik answer that in a spoiler if you will. I want to find out on my own because it could be either haha.
