SOLVED. Romance book about a girl falling in love with her brother's best friend. [s]

The genre is romance, but I can't remember the name, only the first scene; a girl is outside smoking, is underage (16 maybe?) and her brother's best friend (who is older) comes out and takes the cigarette from her. I think they kiss, but I'm not sure. Then, years later, they meet again and I think they fall in love.
