lethe | 13732 comments Due to the against-policy format changes and information deletions through the years this had become quite a mess, but I believe most have been reverted/corrected now.

I lost track of how many alternative covers there are for the Kindle edition, but I believe this was the original one:

And it seems this is the most recent one:

Since another alternative cover edition was created as late as April 2017, the one in the link above cannot be from 2016 in my opinion. I put the pub date as October 2017 for now, according to GR policy.

If you want to make it the default edition (the one that shows up in searches, etc.), please follow the steps outlined here.

Since I have moved the ASIN back to the original Kindle edition, I have removed the referral notes from all the other, even non-Kindle, editions to that ASIN.
