Katie Pagan | 13 comments Should these editions of Archy and Mehitabel be combined? Thanks!

Arenda | 19976 comments In general, annotated editions should be combined with 'normal' editions that have the same content.

The Lives and Times of Archy and Mehitabel is an omnibus edition of the three original books:
- Archy and Mehitabel
- Archys Life of Mehitabel
- Archy Does his Part

For The Annotated Archy and Mehitabel, published in 2006, it contains 'more than 200 original Archy sketches'. I can't tell if that is the same content as in Lives and Times.
For the annotated edition, the publisher has the table of contents:

(And even if there is a table of contents for The Lives and Times, it will be quite some work to compare them, as the annotated edition has them all in chronological order.)
