A children's teddy bear book; I cant remember to much about it, all I can remember is that its about how when you're asleep at night your teddy bears come to life to do small things around your room for you to help you out.

It probably is that one, and books mean different things to different people!

Sorry, I didn't mean to offend. As an adult I have sometimes gone back to books and movies I loved as a child and thought they were completely different from what I remembered. I happened to have read this book recently as an adult and thought it was creepy in a way I probably wouldn't have noticed as a child.
