the cover I am trying to change was never intended as a release. it was a space holder that Ingram released without requesting permission. I don't need you to change it now because the replacement cover gas been scraped and replaced, but I'd really appreciate if you'd tell me how to get unrealised covers replaced rather than making them editions.
