Ella Minnow screeched ad she was being chased out of her home. She ran as fast as she could, trying her hardest to get to the woods.

Karana fled into the woods as she was banished from her small village. She ran as far as she could before collapsing against a tree, tired.

Ella had tried to get food, but she couldn’t. She had to go too fast. ((She can transform into animals)

Karana started running again until she fell down and started sobbing.

Ella transformed into a fox and went hunting for something to eat

Karana got up after about an hour. She grew a small fruit tree next to her and ate some.

Ella smelled her after wandering for a bit. She gasped to herself and went to investigate

Karana went to the nearby stream to get a drink of water. She smiled at all the animals that were around her.

Ella quickly caught a squirrel and padded up to her with the animal in her mouth.

Karana looked at the fox and held out her hand before pulling back and giving her a weird look. "You aren't a true fox."

Ella whimpered and dropped the squirrel, scared

Karana stared at her.

She backed away quickly

"Wait!" Karana said quickly. "I won't hurt you"

Ella looked up and stopped moving.

"Who are you?" She asked.

Ella didn’t feel like transforming. She sort of bowed and walked at her feet

Karana looked at the small fox and bit her lip, still very unsure.

Karana chuckled a little bit.

Ella sat down near the squirrel and started eating.

Karana sat down and started eating fruit again and drinking water from the stream. She really wanted to find out about this little fox.

Ella stayed where she was, eating quickly

"Will you tell me who you are?" She asked.

Ella looked up and shook her head lightly, trying to say ‘not yet’

Karana rolled her eyes but nodded 'ok'.

Ella got up after she was finished to go catch Karana something.

Karana watched the little fox carefully.

She went to the river and changed to a small-ish bear to fish.

"Oh my god!" Karana jumped up, surprised and stared at the bear that was standing where the fox had stood.

Ella ignored her and grabbed some fish as they jumped up from the water.
