Alex Lawless (aglawless) Following the Facebook group's lead, this discussion section is about the book thus far. Do you like her voice? Her style? What's confusing? What questions do you have running through your head? Who killed these girls?

Alex Lawless (aglawless) I'll go ahead and post my thoughts so far!

As far as the book itself goes, I'm a little torn. I like her voice and once I get into a groove I really like her style, but I feel like she jumps around a lot. I think that it gets a little confusing at times. One minute we're talking about the boys and their interrogations ans next thing we're talking about a new police chief. I briefly wondered if maybe she was trying to mimic the chaotic nature of the case itself, but I think I may be reading a little too much into it. I think because the case is so chaotic, a more straight-forward narrative may have lent itself to better telling the story.
But other than that I really enjoy it so far! I have so many theories.
