As we discussed in Episode 0006, we may extend The Secret Library to include graphic novel discussions. I believe that we can choose and read these independent of (and in conjunction with) our normal picks, so let's get some suggestions going.

First minion to say Watchmen will be cleaning the gorgalthumper pens for the next three months and then "volunteer" to test our prototype solar skimmer.

Troy How about "Shooting War" by Anthony Lappe & Dan Goldman? You can get a taste of it at http://shootingwar.com/webcomic/.

Shooting War definitely looks interesting. I read the first couple of chapters online last night. I'll be interested to see where it goes, both in terms of the story and the politics.

* Ex Machina: The First Hundred Days

Superhero saves one of the World Trade Center towers, gives up his secret identity to run for mayor of New York, and wins.

* Dark Tower: The Gunslinger Born

Graphic re-telling of Dark Tower: Book IV: Wizard and Glass. No knowledge of series is needed.

* Hellboy: Seed of Destruction

Demons and Nazis and yes, that funky art. But a good read, IMHO.
