I love the way (view spoiler)[they've already overlapped a little, Seanne and Millisine, when she'd just escaped from the frat house (I think it was). Entertaining with the milk scene too :p (hide spoiler)]

Seanne abruptly putting a stop to Jouxtel's advances, Millisine realising she might love Elias (for a second there I thought she was the one with Reef, and I was heartbroken, but it's fine) and then Lorelei protecting Ashley and Kimberly! Whew, what a chunk!

And then Eddie and Bob killing themselves, and Millisine singing, and that reunion :D Yaaayyyy. Every time they just evaded the other I was internally yelling, saying 'turn around' or 'go back!' But they made it :D (hide spoiler)] Still a 5-star for me.

Finished finally :D This definitely took its' time for such a short book! (view spoiler)[That ending :o I was actually really pleased that Seanne's 'parents' weren't actually her parents, and that they were just monsters. Makes it easier, knowing that she didn't actually lose her parents again.

I wonder how Elias is going to get out of this one! He knew there was nothing he could say to defend himself, even though he didn't do it! (hide spoiler)] Now time to do a proper review for Netgalley and blog haha.

Well holy moly I am so pleased this book was what I was expecting! I loved this book! The writing style, the multiple POV, the realism of it all. Well, apart from (view spoiler)[the whole crazy monster thing that were Seanne's 'parents' (hide spoiler)] but hey, we needed some evil bad guys right! I loved the character development, the way each character adapted to their situations and dealt with the human relationships and the strange new life after being mermaids. I also both loved and hated the way (view spoiler)[the trio was so often so close together, but they just never actually crossed paths. I thank the Lord that Millisine decided to sing with Elias at the Ball, otherwise who knew where they'd be! (hide spoiler)] I definitely cannot wait to get to the next book, just such a bummer that it is a long way away :( I'll be keeping my eyes out!
