To most people, this is the month of Halloween. Do you know a good book with an orange or black cover? Well, nominate it! Books otherwise themed for Halloween are acceptable as well, but please keep it 11+.

An INCREDIBLE book with romance and violence, but fairly appropriate:
Let the Sky Fall
I think it's close enough to black to count, and a great read:
Starfire
Possibly more of a gold, but a good book:
Artemis Fowl

Can a self published author nominate their own book?

Of course! Any officially published book is eligible for nomination. If you want other people to read the book with you, though, it probably needs to be at libraries.

Do you have a nomination J.M.? I'm going to be setting up the poll for voting tomorrow. ^.^

So that would be:
Pumpkin Roll
The Monkey's Paw
The Raven
I assume. Let me know if I'm wrong and I'll update the poll (once I've made it).
