I have on my Halloween Leggings and I'm sitting here enjoying a nice hot coffee. While it is not cool outside right now - the evenings are cooler and lovely. Fall is my favorite time of year - and Halloween is my favorite holiday!

This month the challenges are...

1. Read a book with a white cover or spine.

2. Read a book with a character you have dressed up as or plan to dress up as for Halloween. (Or any other event that requires a costume if you don't celebrate Halloween).

3. Read a book from the following list on Goodreads: The Most Disturbing Books Every Written.

4. Read a book set in autumn.

5. Listen to a new author to you. Check out our collection of books on CD at the library or one or our premium websites: Overdrive - RB Digital - Hoopla.

6. Stop by the circulation desk at the Central Library during Monster Fest October 7, 2017 and ask for me and get a free point.

7. Read a banned book that you haven't read in the past.
