Historical Romance- Warrior Alliance Marriage, heroine's Sister joins convent

I forgot the name and author of this book I've read a while ago-possibly Scottish Historical Romance, but not sure.. It starts with 2 young women (obviously beautiful)- one is stronger than the other, the other is unhealthy going someplace with their father. He and some others want to ally themselves with a famous warrior, so the father offers any one of his daughters to the warrior, but he wants no part in the deal. The father convinces the stronger women that he won't force the other daughter to marry/will treat her better if she sneaks into the warriors bed in the middle of the night. He promises he'll only be gone for a while and nothing bad will happen. The warrior turns over and takes the daughter's virginity not realizing who she is. Now the father and others are telling the warrior he needs to marry her. Somehow they end up together. Please help.
