Been expecting this for a while, but still a sad day. He was a pint-sized, one-man, riff-spewing machine, the band's ticking heart. Without him, they would have been nothing.
He lost me after the first three albums but I tell you, what a shocker.
When the first album dropped way back when, I remember he used to get really pissed when the press lumped the band in with the then burgeoning "punk rock scene." It was pretty funny.
