Jennifer Conner | 2 comments This question is about mood charting. I actually read this in Jenni’s next book, “Goodbye Ed, Hello Me.” There is a chapter about mood charting, tracking your mood, menstrual cycle, medications, life events, etc. I would love to do this! Jenni - do you have any more information about how to start something like this? Maybe an app to track it? Any suggestions would be most appreciated! Thank you!

Hi Jennifer - Such a great question!

And, thanks for reading Goodbye Ed, Hello Me Recover from Your Eating Disorder and Fall in Love with Life by Jenni Schaefer ..much appreciated!

I used to track my mood in a regular (think old school) paper monthly calendar. In each day box, I would draw symbols to denote my mood...like a smiley face, a neutral face, or a sad face. I know, this is so high tech! Later, I did find an app. I used one that tracks the menstrual cycle. Then, it had a section where I could enter mood. I think it was this one: https://pinkp.ad/pinkpad/home I also just found this: http://www.refinery29.com/best-mood-t... If you find a good one, please let us know. Thanks for bringing this up. Appreciate your enthusiasm for our group!

Michelle Schramm (yorkiesrule) | 89 comments What about the recovery warrior one? The Emily Program turned me onto another, so look around until you find one. I just purchased a book for writing in food/exercise/water each day and I can also enter mood. I bought it on Amazon. Some people prefer pen and paper.

Michelle Schramm (yorkiesrule) | 89 comments The recovery record is a food record not recovery warrior which helps in other ways- sorry about any confusion
