SOLVED. Looking for a Romance book I read about a year ago. [s]

Hi, guys! Needing some help finding a book. We've been looking in other groups without luck for a couple weeks now. This is what I can remember. The H is really wealthy. I think he lives in New York. Sometime during the book they go out of town to his house out of the city. They go to his friends bar and they have to sing karaoke. She sings horribly but does it anyway and he sings Stay With Me by Sam Smith. He thinks he can't love anyone and sings the song looking at her because it's how he feels about her. His friend (that owns the bar) knows he can and encourages her to stick with him. While on this trip out of the city they go to his friend's house and the friend's daughter adores the H and calls him uncle. It seems like there was a first book I didn't know about, about his friend and I'm wanting to go back and read his story. Any ideas what it could be?

The Billionaire's Private Scandal by Jenna Bayley-Burke? It's number 3 in the series.

I haven't read it but it popped up in a google books search and sounds like it could fit.
