Interesting question. We have previously ok'd books published via Kickstarter or similar campaigns, but Patreon is a bit different.

I'm going to say no, this is like stories in an author's newsletter. (Actually, I get Patreon stories from a couple people, and it is exactly like that.)

If there's no merge target (and I don't see one for that example), then yes.

Cindi (cheesygiraffe) (cheesygiraffe) | 4 comments That's what happened to them. How am I supposed to keep track of these short stories? I pay for them. They come in Mobi and epub format so why can't they be counted by themselves? Seanan McGuire writes these specifically for her subscribers. I don't think they are the same as the stories in a newsletter. And it's part of the October Daye series. But whatever.
