Ann (ann_sherwin) | 92 comments The description of Lonesome Dove says it's the third novel in the series by the same name, whereas the title correctly says it's #1. Conversely, Dead Man's Walk is correctly listed as #3 in the title but as first in the description. Can someone fix both descriptions?

Arenda | 14225 comments There seem to be two different order for this series, one the order of publication, the other the internal chronology. (Source Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lonesom...)

Apparently the two editions you linked to were published according to the internal chronology, which makes the description not incorrect.

I've added both series orders to the series description: https://www.goodreads.com/series/4939...

Ann (ann_sherwin) | 92 comments Thanks for the explanation. It still looks like a mistake when it says #1 at the top and #3 just a few lines down in the same entry, but if the stories are stand-alone, I suppose it doesn't matter.

Arenda | 14225 comments There is always an option to create a second series, with the internal chronological order. But since there is only one series showing after the title, it wouldn't really make a difference.
