anyway i've finally gotten most of my acne under control and i actually look like myself again??

shit i've been doing:

morning- 10% benzoyl peroxide wash (i got this as a prescription from my dermatologist but i think you can get it off the shelf as well??)
midday (but tbh not every day midday but whenever i remember/feel like it)- biore charcoal wash for oily sin (i found this at target and it rly does help w the oil)
night- jade roller and rose water mist all over my face

tbh i got the rose water idea from my Teta bc although she is like 83 she has the most perfect skin and she attributes it all to her chanel moisturizer and the fact that she washes her face with rosewater every night

speaking of my Teta apparently at 11 pm last night (when i had just fallen asleep) my aunt called the ambulance and they took her to the ER bc she couldn't move and my mom met them at the hospital and i didn't know of any of this until 10 am when my mom walked into the house and i was like.... where WERE you.... and she was like oh your grandmother is in the hospital

she got discharged around 11:30 am tho, they ran some tests and everything came back negative and she was just really dehydrated and her kidneys were reacting to that and she couldn't move, so they gave her some IV bags and she's better now, they were able to get her in a wheelchair and took her home

also i dont fucking know what a pulmuntary emblizem is but apparently my great-uncle/regular uncle (same person but my family is full of inbreds so he's both) almost died of one

i'm not physically disabled but i have a bunch of health issues that all run in the family bc i had double chances of getting them. my brother died of a health issue that was most likely the product of all the incest and my sister isn't healthy either.
