book about woman escaping to a cabin?

hi can you help i read a book about 4-6 months ago about a woman moving to a cabin to strart a new life ,think she works in a hospital,her neighbour next door is a bad ass who hardly talks,but looks after his dead sisters boy who she gets friendly with and he has a camp in the woods,which he shows her..they start getting together...even though she gets warned off him..he had a woman that he saw once in a while who also lived in one of the cabins and the 2 women became friends...plz help
