question about sub-title

I have just added this book.

On the front cover the title is as I have listed,
On the inside cover, there is an additional sub-title.
Should that be included in the book title on goodreads? Is there a format I should use (-, :, ; etc) to separate the main and sub titles?

Most of the time if the subtitle is not on the cover it is not added, and being that it is not on the cover there is always a good chance it will be removed anyway.

When a book has a subtitle, the subtitle should be separated from the main title by a language-appropriate separator (in English or if the separator is unknown, use a colon) and a single space.
