At the moment the number of pages is also wrong, it should be 193 pages.

Uploaded the cover.
I did not change the pages' number, as worldcat says it has xxii + 193 = 215 pages, and Amazon says 224.

I've got the book here and the worldcat count is correct. I thought prefatory matter with Roman numerals was not counted in the total? Just checking for future reference, in case I add new books or something.
