TCF'S Summer Seasonal Challenge

♢Duration: 6/21/17 - 09/22/17♢

Re-reads are allowed, any genre is acceptable, and there are no page minimums
Once you’ve read a book, strike through or check it and date it Posts with no completion dates/checks/strike throughs or Blank Posts will be skipped for participation counts!
Update your original post and post a "Finished!" comment when complete. DO NOT copy your entire original post and repost it when finished! Posts that copy your entire original post will be deleted!!
☼ No reading until 6/21, but you can reserve your spot & put your lists together
This will be a six part challenge, pick your level then pick your books.
☼ NO DUPLICATING BOOK OR TASK ENTRIES!! Books and Tasks are only to be used/listed/completed once! This is one large challenge, not six little ones! An example of this would be reading a book set in Verona, Italy for the "Read a book that's set in any place you've been to before or would like to travel to" task, and then reading a book set in London, England, justifying it by saying you want to visit both places. Once you complete the "Read a book that's set in any place you've been to before or would like to travel to" task, it can't be completed a second time to complete the category.
When completing the spell out section, you can use the Author's First OR Last Name, the Book Title, or the book's Series Title. And, The, A, and An can NOT be used when spelling out your words!

You mean read books in order according to the categories, like fill category 1 first and move on to category 2, etc? No, this is more like a scavenger hunt style, just see if what you read fits any one of the tasks listed in the categories. Your goal is to read 1 or 2 books to fulfill 1-2 tasks in each category.

It has been brought to my attention that we're missing a rule about what can be used on the spell out section, so I have added a rule about it. "When completing the spell out section, you can use the Author's First OR Last Name, the Book Title, or the book's Series Title. And, The, A, and An can NOT be used when spelling out your words!” Thank you!

Progress: 33 out of 33
Levels:
Sunscreen: 1-2 tasks per category
Bikini: 3-4 tasks per category
Beach Bum: 5-6 tasks per category

☼ Re-reads are allowed, any genre is acceptable, and there are no page minimums
☼ Once you’ve read a book, strike through or check it and date it Posts with no completion dates/checks/strike throughs or Blank Posts will be skipped for participation counts!
☼ Update your original post and post a "Finished!" comment when complete. DO NOT copy your entire original post and repost it when finished! Posts that copy your entire original post will be deleted!!
☼ No reading until 6/21, but you can reserve your spot & put your lists together
☼ This will be a six part challenge, pick your level then pick your books.
☼When completing the spell out section, you can use the Author's First OR Last Name, the Book Title, or the book's Series Title. And, The, A, and An can NOT be used when spelling out your words!

Thanks - A's are the only vowels I seem to get an abundance of with I's not too far behind
O's and U's are as hard as E's for me!

A's and E's are my easy ones, with O's not that far behind either. I's and U's are my trouble ones, and don't even ask about Y's!

Great attempt, congrats!

The foods were tough for me too! Ice Cream got me through, but I just wasn't remembering to look for them! I'll keep that in mind for when I do next year's Summer Challenge.
