Since the other edition had no specific details, I've merged it into the complete edition.

ETA: the was a time when a lot of Dutch books were incorrectly imported as hardcover, with language English, also each title word starting with a capital.

Thanks for edits. Tbh I dont mind (rather like) the 'each word start with capital' but this is fine too :)

That is common for English titles, not for Dutch titles.
