Should these two books be combined?

So, there's a book Nobody's Boy with many editions, and there's a bilingual book Французский с Гектором Мало Без семьи. I own a physical copy of it, so I know for sure what's inside.

It's a paragraph of Nobody's Boy in the original (French language), followed by the same paragraph with translation (in Russian). So basically it's the same book, unabridged, not adapted, just alternating between the original and translation.

I'm not sure - should these editions be combined in this instance?

Yes.

When adding the edition - in the language field drop down menu use Multiple Languages. In the description you can describe it as you have above - alternating paragraphs of French & Russian.
