I live in New Jersey so summer always means spending some time on a sandy (usually overcrowded) beach. (Usually covered in SPF, huddled under a big umbrella, reading a book, but I'm there.)

Mission: Read one book with a beach or shore town setting before August 31.

For example:

Beaches
16 Lighthouse Road
The Saving Graces

I put my name in on a bunch of beachy audiobooks at the library and of course they all just came in at once. I'm going to need more ears.

Stella (stellarreads) | 46 comments The next week is the booktubeathon, and I was planning to read We Were Liars, which, from what i gather, is set on a private island these families go to every Summer as a family tradition. Guess that setting counts?

I finished Robinson Crusoe. He spent a lot of time hanging around a beach and near the water.
