Add & combine my new book

Hello,
My new book is already on Goodreads, but not listed on my author profile because the name is listed slightly differently. Also there are two separate versions of the book (print & ebook) which should be combined. Can someone help?

These 2 need to be combined.
And then added to my author profile:
