Time for a Men's Book Club Group Read. Sorry for not putting out a formal poll for book selection--I wanted to get the group read started before summer.

The book selected for June is The Godfather by Mario Puzo.

I encourage everyone to pick up a copy and check in on this thread to share your reading progress and any thoughts you might have on the book.

Please avoid spoilers until everyone has had a chance to read the book.

I haven't seen the movie since the early 90s. From the length of the movie, I expected the book to be a lot slower read than it was.

I now want to watch the movie again.
