Hey thought we might share great book store finds in the Kansai area.

Please specify if it is new/used and what language they carry~ if you have an address/ google maps link all the better!

Katz | 12 comments Tsutaya, on the 9th floor in Lucua 1001 building next to the Osaka station. Not a rental video shop :-)
Japanese and non-Japanese books and magazines.
They have a cafe inside.
Classification criteria of genre of this book store seems to be a bit different from others.
Have you ever been there?

Ooh! That sounds good~ I haven't been.

I've tried a few bookstores at the monster that is Osaka/Umeda station and I really start to making a list of the good ones I visit and which are duds.

(P.S. Sorry it took me so long to reply...life turned to chaos for a bit there.)

And this bookoff in Kyoto, near Kawaramachi (in the OPA building) is pretty good, though they've downsized the English/foreign language section, they do have books in French and German, too.
