Rachel (aka. Kaiserin Sisi) (looney-lovegood) | 37 comments Who are some of the best performers for the various roles. I've already had one person give me some suggestions, but I'm open to input from everyone. I'd like to become more familiar with the various actors and actresses who've acted in this show.

Kaitlynn (NoDayButToday636) | 26 comments Will Chase is also one of my favorite Rogers. He was in the closing cast of Rent.

Some bigger names have played Mark...Neil Patrick Harris, Joey Fatone, and Drew Lachey. NPH is one of my favorite actors of all time. I love him but don't really know much about how he played Mark. I know he got the Drama-League Award for playing Mark so he must have been amazing like he is elsewhere. I have yet to watch him on youtube though to see for myself how he is.

Tamyra Gray is a great Mimi as well. Tracie Thoms is my favorite Joanne because her voice is just to die for. She played Joanne in the movie and in the closing cast on Broadway.

That's some other ones I've thought of but I'll probably think of more and let you know! :)

Kaitlynn (NoDayButToday636) | 26 comments Here is Adam Pascal (the best Roger ever) and Tamyra Gray singing "Another Day." Enjoy!

Tamyra's Without You...

Tamyra's Out Tonight...she's a fantastic Mimi. I can't believe I didn't include her on my previous list.

Rachel (aka. Kaiserin Sisi) (looney-lovegood) | 37 comments I really like the actors in the video. I found an audio of Neil Patrick Harris on youtube, and he sounds really great.
There's probably a video of him onstage as Mark floating around somewhere.

I really like Will Chase as Roger.

I honestly really like the Mimi on the proshot of the final Broadway performance. I think that her odd facial expressions are fun to watch.

Kaitlynn (NoDayButToday636) | 26 comments To each her own on Mimi. My friends, brother, and I found her to be kind of creepy. I haven't watched it with a person who has liked her just because those facial expressions don't really work at all for the character of Mimi, even if Mimi is supposed to be high on drugs, but everyone has their own opinion. I just find that they take away from her character. Her facial expressions should be kind of sexy and should want to lure Roger in not be those odd, wide-eyed expressions. She has a nice voice but I'm not just not a fan of her acting and her take on Mimi...up until the very end when Mimi is on her death bed. That's when her acting really got me and I started crying. Usually I cry during "Without You" but with her, I didn't cry until the very end.

Rachel (aka. Kaiserin Sisi) (looney-lovegood) | 37 comments I found a video of one of my favorite German actors singing "One Song Glory" (in English) in a concert:

What do you guys think? I love the guy already, so I'm biased.

I'm impressed by how good his spoken English is. Some German singers have a terribly thick accent to the point that you can't understand a word they're saying. I barely even hear an accent here.

Rachel (aka. Kaiserin Sisi) (looney-lovegood) | 37 comments Another video of him in the same song.

Tori (torihawkeye) | 4 comments Anthony Rapp is the best Mark ever. No contest.

james (taya_j) Like if you think Vanessa Hudgens is no Mimi!!!

Lily (lovelyisapixie) | 6 comments Adam Pascal(Rodger) and Anthony Rapp(Mark) are my favorite Rodger and Mark. I really like Rosario Dawson as Mimi and Tracie Thomas as Joanne. I loved Aaron Tviet as Rodger in the Hollywood Bowl. I am also a big fan of Renee Elise Goldsberry as Mimi, Will Chase as Rodger, and Adam Kantor as Mark. I hated Vanessa Hudgens as Mimi. Her voice just didn't fit the notes. Skylar Astin was a good Mark even though he wasn't the best. I like Idina Menzel as Maureen because she just fits the role perfectly.
