Help finding HP from 2000s

I'm trying to find an older Harlequin Presents - it's probably from the early 2000s, because I think I remember the red banner on the top.

But it was basically the heroine lived in this like manor with her family and knew the hero from like teenhood (i believe he might have dated her sister but i could be wrong) but regardless he was poor and they made love and he took her virginity (i believe) blah blah fast forward she has his son (i'm sure it's a son) and he's bought the house and she lives in like a little cottage on the land and doesn't know about the kid.

I remember it being set in England, so if anyone could help? Thanks.
