Content: Violence, torture, some very graphic in nature. Innuendo. Sexual relations outside of marriage with no graphic details but you know it happens (multiple times). Mild swearing.

Honestly, I didn't think Twilight was clean. I am not a fan of her writing at all and would be very uncomfortable recommending anything she has written.
