looks like someone got 3re 4, GOodreads policy is to keep all published editions because users like to shelve the edition with the cover that matches the one they own. Instead, we create alternate cover editions (ACEs), and you as the author have the ability to set the new cover as the default edition. I have created an ACE for your book with the newest cover here:

Also, please keep in mind that the 'more photos' section is explicitly NOT for alternate cover images. I have deleted all the cover images from that section. The one photo left (the panoramic ocean shot) is an example of the sort of photos that ARE supposed to go in that section.

Also, The Light Catcher is listed but doesn't come out until October 17. How do I upload the cover image from my ARC?
And finally, what is the done thing in terms of rating our own books? Are we supposed to rate them and mark them as "read"? Please help.

You don't have to rate them at all, but you can if you want (I think it's cheesy.) It will show as "review from the author."

re 16, what is the website you linked to for the cover? is that a bookseller? i didn't add the cover, but i did combine the editions.

For legal reasons we are not allowed to use covers from other booksellers apart Amazon. I managed to get the cover from a library site: http://biblioteksnv.se/web/arena/roma...
