Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments I'm not rehashing the background.

Here's the video link I posted in the Blasphemy thread:

God bless Todd Snider. :)

Thank you for not tricking me with the Sugar Sugar video today, RA. I don't think my fragile LOSER ego could handle that kind of trickery today. Tomorrow might be a different story.

Oh! I adore Todd Snyder! He also sings that song about the hijacker/lost parachuter in Portland, right?

*hopes that isn't this song* It's not turned up yet.

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Hmmm, I haven't heard that one yet, Sally. However, it wouldn't surprise me if he did write a song like that because that theme seems right up his alley.

He's one of my favorite live performers.

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Well, he IS fun and funny and charismatic and pretty damn cute, so he's got that working for him.

Is he responsible for that dirty May day song?

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Again... dunno, but here's the Todd Snider discography

But I DO know he wrote another couple of my faves:

Beer Run

and

Doublewide Blues

AND I know that I've put Alright Guy on one of my GR mixes from a long time ago.

Matt | 819 comments Very cool, Heidi. Thanks. Couldn't watch at work, hence the late comment.

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments You would agree that the song is v. appropriate to the Nirvana/grunge discussion, yes no?
