SOLVED. YA two people working on a farm - the main character's mom died. [s]

There is a YA book about a girl in her senior year who has to manage her farm all by herself because her mom died and her dad is too depressed to work. Then guy comes (I wanna say his name is Beau, but I'm not sure) and he is the same age (I think) but he moved from place to place working on farms. The main girl has an aunt who runs her own farm. I think it takes place in Pennsylvania. Anyway, the main girl and the Beau guy fall in love, but his dad is a bad person and comes back to get him. The Beau guy also changed his name a couple times. The son of the family who owns the farm across from the main girl's is hitting on her, but she isn't going for it. Also they swim in this little pond that is over a hill and under some trees.

I know this information is all over the place, but I'm dying to read this book again and I can't find it anywhere online.
