Chapter 1 - 10 (view spoiler)[ I am really enjoying so far. I haven't read a Kasie West book in a while. I love her contemporary books because they're quick and fun to read.

Going back on the story, being trapped on a library was amazing. I mean who wouldn't? Surrounded by books and you can just read the whole day but I'll make sure I have a food on my bag for emergencies haha! I am wondering no one bothers to come back for Autumn. Did her friends ever notice she's gone? I'm sure they at least got in touch with her parents so they can rescue her in the library.

Dax is a mysterious character. I bet most people misunderstood him because he went on the juvie. There's more to him and I'm looking forward to get to know more of his side.

Jeff seems a weakling to me. Idk .. yeah he's a nice guy but he lacks an appeal (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ Yes the library without a guard seems weird. But I think in most places around here. The guards are the last people to go. They just walk around the place, lock it up and go making sure no one's inside. It would make sense that the guard missed Autumn since she was in the bathroom. But from what she says, it is quite a big library.

And anyway, set up to lock Autumn with Dax, a guy with a bad reputation? I never guessed that (hide spoiler)]

The ending was rushed. As if Kasie was trying to fit in a deadline and didn't want to degrade a character by making him talk. Seriously Dax was so mysterious and lovable but she never gave him a chance to express anything. Where's love here? That ending was eeek no thanks for me. (hide spoiler)]

Up to ch14. Think this will be quite a quick read. Interesting to see how Autumn and her anxiety are presented. She’s nicer than I imagined she would be, but I can’t quite work out what Dax is doing.

Finished. Review on home page. Not sure how I feel about the anxiety rep here - just imagine someone on medication would not hide their condition in the way Autumn does. The whole scenario was unlikely, but for a bit of escapism it worked well enough.
