Travelin | 19 comments I read a collection of interviews with the title "Man's Search for Meaning" or possibly "The Meaning of Life" at university.

One man interviewed was an angry advertising executive in an apparent mid-life crisis.

Another man had lost his mind one morning after staying up all night at Princeton reading Nietzsche I think.

Travelin, it sounds like you're looking for a specific book series or one specific book with a collection of interviews. So I'll move your request to the Unsolved folder.

Travelin, when did you read this, and do you remember what class it was for? Author female or male? Remember the cover?

Travelin | 19 comments I believe the author was all man. No class. It was like a romance for lost people who try every person they see in the street.

Something by Studs Terkel? He wrote a lot of interview books.

Travelin | 19 comments Yes, like him. I'd read Terkel before, which is why I'd picked this up. But definitely a different author. Less single-vision-edited.

Can you say what decade you read it? 2000s, 90s, 80s, 70s, 40s, 1880s?
