The other Kim Knight is from the USA, and for some reason the wrong Kim has been added. Please can the correct Kim Knight ( me the one from London) be added and Kim Knight from the USA be removed as an author. I have informed the publisher as this book is not published until a few days, however I'd love the changes to be made before hand.
