Jack Thompson | 4 comments I'm not sure this is the right place to report this issue, but I figured I'd start here.

I'm currently reading J. M. Gaffney's "On the Duty of Civil Disobedience by Thoreau & Letter from Birmingham Jail by King", Kindle Edition
* ASIN according to Amazon, couldn't find it on GoodReads: B004RZHSN6
* Couldn't find ISBN
* https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
* https://www.amazon.com/Civil-Disobedi...

but it's showing up on my account as progress in J.M. Gaffney's "Walden and Civil Disobedience",
* ASIN according to GoodReads, couldn't find it on Amazon: B004RZHSN6
* Couldn't find ISBN
* https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
* Couldn't find this book on Amazon

How can this be put right?

I see now that the ASINs are the same. Did Amazon recycle the ASIN? Or was it mistakenly put on "Walden, etc" when it should have been put on "Thoreau & King"? Can this be fixed by just updating the ASINs?

Thanks!

Actually, it looks like the publisher did.

Are you sure? The title for the edition with the ASIN was changed in 2012 by a librarian.

Yes, but the cover (which has that same title) was added by a Goodreads script. And I recognize the publisher as one who has reused ASINs on other works.

Jack Thompson | 4 comments Is there anything to be done here? Or are we just out of luck because the ASIN maps to 2 books (at least)? Is there some other information the Kindle sends up that can be used to disambiguate?
