Paperback Editions not linked to my author name

This is actually about a few of my books, and they are listed below. The CreateSpace paperback is not listed with the ebook editions of the same book. They are listed under the author J C Cauthon, and my author name on here is JC Cauthon.

The following books need to have their paperback versions appended to the ebook versions listed under my JC Cauthon author name. Thank you.
